Strength Training
We use multi-joint and multi-muscle exercises that develop the body's natural physical movements to create a well balanced elite athlete. We believe it is vital to develop strength and balance by incorporating training techniques that include the five pillars of human movement.
• Pushing (push ups, bench press)
• Pulling (pull ups, rows)
• Rotation (russian twist,swinging or throwing)
• Locomotion (movement from Point A to B)
• Level (raising & lowering your center mass)
