Warren Academy provides a safe and positive environment that allows the athlete, parent and coach to work together towards developing the full physical and mental potential of each athlete. Our programs are proven to enhance athletic performance regardless of age, gender or sport.

Resistance training, speed development, conditioning, flexibility, and proper dietary practices are the core components of our program. These core components are designed to produce bigger, stronger, faster, and more explosive athletes. The use of proper technique will always be our guideline. Once basic techniques have been mastered, workouts will become progressively more challenging.

Our Program is designed to maximize athletic performance through functional training methods.

Strength Training
We use multi-joint and multi-muscle exercises that develop the body's natural physical movements to create a well balanced elite athlete. We believe it is vital to develop strength and balance by incorporating training techniques that include the five pillars of human movement.

• Pushing (push ups, bench press)
• Pulling (pull ups, rows)
• Rotation (russian twist,swinging or throwing)
• Locomotion (movement from Point A to B)
• Level (raising & lowering your center mass)
